JKSSB Releases Provisional Answer Key for Written Examination Held on 23rd May 2024

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the provisional answer key for the written examination conducted on 23rd May 2024 for various posts. This answer key covers all series of the question paper, namely Series A, B, C, and D, and is provided in Annexure “A” of the official notice.

Candidates who have appeared for this examination can now access the provisional answer key to compare their responses and estimate their scores. However, if any candidate finds discrepancies or errors in the answer key, they have the opportunity to raise objections.

How to Submit Objections

Candidates wishing to challenge any answer must adhere to the following procedure:

1. Format for Objections: Objections must be submitted on the prescribed format/proforma, which is available as Annexure “B” of the official notice.

2. Supporting Documents: Each objection must be accompanied by documentary proof or evidence that substantiates the claim. These documents should be in hard copy form.

3. Fee: A fee of INR 7200/- per question must be paid through a demand draft in favor of the Accounts Officer, JK Services Selection Board. This fee is refundable if the objection is found to be genuine and correct.

4. Submission Mode: Objections can only be submitted in offline mode at the following JKSSB offices:
– JKSSB, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu
– JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar

5. Submission Period: The objections can be submitted during office hours on three working days starting from 24th May 2024. No objections will be entertained after this period or through any other mode.

Important Points to Note

– Notification of Acceptance: Candidates will not be individually informed about the acceptance or rejection of their objections. If an objection is found valid, the answer key will be revised for all candidates accordingly.

– Document Proof: Ensure that the documentary proof provided is credible and clearly supports the objection raised. This helps in the quick resolution of issues.

– Timely Submission: Be mindful of the submission deadlines to ensure that your objection is considered. Late submissions will not be entertained.
