Submission of Objections

If any candidate finds discrepancies in the provisional answer key, they have the option to submit objections. To do so, candidates must follow these steps:

1. Prescribed Format: Objections must be submitted in the prescribed format or proforma, which is annexed as Annexure “B” in the official notice.
2. Documentary Proof: Each objection must be accompanied by documentary proof or evidence that substantiates the claim.
3. Fee Payment: A fee of INR 200 per question must be submitted in the form of a demand draft. This fee is refundable if the objection is found to be correct.
4. Submission Mode: Objections must be submitted in hard copy format only. No electronic or online submissions will be accepted.

Submission Deadline and Locations

Candidates have three working days starting from May 20, 2024, to submit their objections. The objections can be submitted during office hours at the following locations:

– JKSSB Office, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu
– JKSSB Office, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar

The JKSSB will not entertain any objections after the stipulated period or through any other mode.

Objection Review Process

Once objections are submitted, the JKSSB will review them. If an objection is found to be valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly for all candidates. However, candidates will not be individually informed about the acceptance or rejection of their objections.

Importance of Reviewing the Answer Key

It is crucial for candidates to review the provisional answer key and raise any legitimate concerns within the given timeframe. This ensures that any errors are corrected, maintaining the integrity and fairness of the examination process.

For more detailed information, candidates should refer to the official notice available on the JKSSB website. This is an important opportunity for candidates to ensure the accuracy of their examination results.
